Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you have created an account with us, you can also track your order by logging into your account.
Once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
